"Florence February" - here we come! I am a huge fan of Tyler Florence. The month of February will be dedicated to recipes from Tyler's cookbook "Tyler's Ultimate" the book pictured in my profile. It is "brilliant simple food to make anytime". The recipes are simple, yet sophisticated and allow the flavours to really shine. Once you try some of his recipes you'll probably feel the same way!
